1. What iTax Help is

iTax Help is a set of Kenyan tax tools and calculators. It reproduces the KRA forms, the checks and the published rates so you can prepare a return and work out a statutory deduction. The tools run in your browser, and the site files nothing on your behalf.

2. Not affiliated with KRA

iTax Help is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Kenya Revenue Authority. KRA forms, rates and rules belong to KRA. Always file through the official iTax portal.

3. Not tax advice

The calculators and the return's calculations apply the published rates and the form's own rules. That is not the same as advice on your tax position. For a decision that matters, confirm it with KRA or a licensed tax agent.

4. Accuracy of rates and forms

KRA changes the P10 form and its rates from time to time. We keep a version of each form we support and a record of the FBT notices we have seen, but a page can fall behind a change. Check the number that matters against the current KRA notice or the current form before you rely on it.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and file.
  • You are responsible for keeping your own copy of your data. Drafts live in your browser, so clearing that storage removes them.
  • You agree not to use the site to break the law or to interfere with it for anyone else.

6. Third-party services

The site loads product analytics and a support chat widget, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We aim for them to be correct and available, but we do not promise that they are error-free or that they will always be reachable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, iTax Help is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site. That includes a return rejected by the iTax portal, a figure that turns out to be wrong, or data lost from your browser.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
